The Lancers are warriors who decended from the lineage of the Spartans. Growing up in hazardous terrains, they are able to develop a sense of awareness and destroy their fear in battle. Utilizing their powerful and sturdy spears, they are trained to attack sharply and punish their opponents through quick and critical strikes.
The Lancers are considered your most basic unit. They are primarily stationed for attacks against cavalry and early stages of pillaging against other cities. They are also useful for defenses due to their low resource cost and exceptionally fast recruit time. However, due to their cheap nature, you must keep in mind that they do fall faster in combat when put up against other infantry units.
